Join the Druid Hills Civic Association
Are you a member of the DHCA?
If not, take a stroll through the linear park or along a winding tree-lined road – and then consider joining. The Druid Hills Civic Association was founded in 1938 to support the preservation and protection of our neighborhood as envisioned by the eminent landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted.
The DHCA is a lively, committed group of residents who work together on issues and projects related to zoning and land use, historic preservation, transportation and pedestrian safety, cityhood and annexation, neighborhood watch, parks, neighborhood schools and much more.
The annual Druid Hills Home & Garden Tour and membership dues are our primary source of funding. In turn, we provide financial support to such organizations as the Alliance to Improve Emory Village, National Association for Olmsted Parks, the Georgia Trust, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the City of Briarcliff Initiative, the Olmsted Linear Park Alliance (OLPA), Burbanck Park, and the Frazer Center.
DHCA is a self-governing organization run by an elected, all-volunteer board. Yearly Individual household memberships range from a one-time donation starting at $25.00 and up.
