How the secure online membership form works:
 skip instructions and advance to the form

  1. Choose a membership level
  2. Click the "Donate" button
  3. You will advance to the secure PayPal form.

    Note:
    You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account !

    If you DO NOT want to become a member of PayPal, look in the bottom left corner of the PayPal screen for the button to continue without becoming a member.
     

  4. After successfully making your payment, you will be returned to a "success" page and will receive verification at the email address you have specified.
